Leading with Strength Program
A professional development program to engage staff in collaborative, strength-based approaches to create High Expectations Relationships. Leading with Strength Programs are for:
- Senior Executives leading organisational change to improve outcomes for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people
- Middle management implementing organisational change to improve outcomes for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people
- Specialised staff responsible for Reconciliation Action Plans, Indigenous workforce engagement and workforce development plans and
- All staff engaged in working with and delivering service to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people
We facilitate processes for organisations to develop and implement Reconciliation Action Plans,Indigenous workforce development and community engagement strategies. These programs include culturally appropriate project development and implementation, coaching and mentoring, collaborative facilitation and Leading with Strength facilitation training. A Masterclass introductory program is also available.
Career Development Programs
We offer a professional learning program for staff engaged in career transition. The program provides an understanding of how strength-based approaches can empower individuals to engage, manage and adapt to changes in their work environment. The Leading with Strength Career Development Program can be customised for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander staff or all staff.
Coaching and Mentoring Programs
Coaching, mentoring and follow up sessions are available as an extension to the Leading with Strength Program for senior executive, middle management and specialist staff.
Reconciliation and Workforce Development Programs
We offer customised programs for organisations wanting to develop and implement Reconciliation Action Plans, Indigenous workforce engagement and workforce development plans.
